Thieves among us?

How secure are your belongings on campus? If you were to ask a popular instructor from the Education Department, they might tell you that they don't feel as safe as they did last Friday! While this professor was away from campus caring for an ill child, not one but two computers were stolen from their office. Not only were these computers full of work for EMU, they also contained personal photos from a family's summer vacation as well as documents related to their Ph.D. studies.

While the professor reacted with their normal good cheer and "this too shall pass" attitude, this theft concerns us as students of this institution. We chose to attend EMU because of the Christian morals and atmosphere here on campus. Due to this theft and others like it, we now ask the question...Where is the integrity of the EMU community?
