Martin Luther King, Jr. Day events

In celebration of the life of Martin Luther King, Jr., EMU held a University Forum on Monday in the Campus Center. At 10 a.m. people gathered for a discussion featuring Pastor Derrick Parson. The audience, divided into small groups, was encouraged to take the small steps required in making King's timeless dream of equality a real possibility. The event was also attended by President Swartzendruber, who shared some of his stories with his small group.
