$200 Bush bill

A woman from Pennsylvania was trying to pay for clothing with a $200 bill with President Bush's face on it. The charges were dropped against her because she finally paid the store in real currency on Friday. Her attorney said that her client did not even know that the bill was not legal. The clerk was actually fooled by the counterfeit money and gave her back $100.58 in change. There is no actual $200 bill. The back of the counterfeit dollar bill had a picture of the White House and signs around it like, "We like broccoli" and "USA deserves a tax cut."

Four proposed amendments are circulating in Congress, but none have been approved. Thirty-eight out of the 50 states need to ratify them before they can become Amendments.
