First-year Mandy Morris pitched a no-hitter in the first game and two pitchers combined for a one-hitter in the second game as the women's softball team swept a doubleheader 10-0, 10-0 over Randolph-Macon Woman's College at home on Wednesday.
EMU improved to 8-5 overall and 2-2 in the ODAC. Randolph-Macon dropped to 2-11 overall and 0-6 in conference games.

Junior Megan Mlinarchik highlighted her day with an automatic qualification for the NCAA Championships in the high jump clearing five feet and seven inches. Mlinarchik finished the day at the 10th Annual Bridgewater College Invitational winning four events. In all, the Royal men and women won eleven events. Read more...
